Just got a new KDS K-2626MDHWB Monitor and was having some problems I wanted to see if anyone here could offer some advice.

Plug the monitor in and turn it on everything works great. After about 1-4 minutes the screen goes blank. Power off and on the monitor and it works again for 1-3 minutes. Each time I power on and off it seams to last less and less. Seems like it might be overheating but Im not sure.

I noticed on KDS site that there is a driver for this montitor for xp/2000, I doubt that would help but not sure.


Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

I got the same problem with KDS 2626mdhwb. Bought it from buydig anf found this problem right after I unpacked. Now Buydig needs 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping back to them. Why do I need pay $50 for a Death-on-arrival product. I would like to blame buydig more than the monitor itself.
