Honestly I don't see anything wrong with kill stealing in CoV....honestly.

CoV is a PVE game

In a PVE game, harrassment is the only form of PVP you can conduct.

Harrassment will not be alllowed under the TOS

Killstealing is Harrassment.

Connect the dots.

I generally hate these 1-upmanship type responses, so I apologize for
starting one myself, but...

COH is nothing. If KS'ing in CoH is "art", then it was Art, Science,
and new branches of philosophy and quantum physics in the original EQ
(pre expansions). Oh, how I miss it... =\

that is sooo wrong.

Player villany is not the same as character villainy. You've been
able to be a player villain all the way since CoH started (it's called
harrassing and could be done in many ways... killstealing, or teleport
a 'friend' 4000 feet above ground or over some purple mobs, or
resurrect a friend knowing he'll die a second later, etc.)

I'll just be roleplaying a "bad" guy...........geeez ban a guy just because
he's doing what he's supposed to be doing.
