Hello,
I'm creating a CD that I would like to autorun/autostart in both Linux (RedHat 7.0) and Windows. I am trying to pop up a .html file in the default browser for both operating systems (the structure is web based). Is there a utility that someone could direct me to? If not, is there a way to have the CD detect which OS it is running in and then go to the appropriate autostart program (assuming I have an autostart utility for both Windows and Linux on the CD)?

Help greatly appreciated.

It might be a little harder to do in linux because you have to be root to mount the cd and most people don't use root all the time.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong :)

Good luck
