I just bought this and have it hooked up to my 52 inch sharp and want better grapics and processor speeds. I'm don't play games but watch videos and surf. Increased speed for multitasking is what i need.

I wouldn't OC unless you are looking to pick up extra FPS. Just my .02

My screen pixelates, so i'm trying to have it run smoother

^That could be related to overheating of the GPU. Check temps. Also I'm assuming you are talking about artifacts in the image (and nothing to do with resolution, etc)?

Also last time I checked the OEM systems have a locked BIOS meaning no CPU OC.

i just got this computer yesterday

No offence, but really you don't buy an OEM (Dell,HP,etc) PC if you plan to OC. My guess is your GPU is probably overheating or isn't getting enough power.

^ +1 to Shadow, don't buy a premade OEM computer and expect it to overclock. Software overclocking only works on some occasions too.
