I have a fouled up recycle bin

from the new OS install before i was even on line. recycle bin has been messed up and also drive letter instead of C its I i need a fix before i go mad

How is the recycle bin messed up?

What is drive C?

i get a error saying( corrupt recycle bin ). Drive C: is a removable drive wish i dont have
