There is no doubt that to date there have been a lot of GTS's sold. The 4800's may be the cards to have now, but they have not been on the market long enough yet to surpass GTS sales.
And on that note, who really gives a flying rat's ass what some retail web site advertises as the greatest, mostest, bestest, cheapest, fastest anything? I guess you haven't done much shopping at retailers like Fry's or Best Buy and listened to the blantant BS that their employess spew continuously to sell outdated hardware. There was a thread here just the other day where a guy was talked into paying $200 for a 5 year old 5000 series nVidia GPU because it was the "best" 3D accelerator they had.
Anyone with common sense pays no attention to this junk, and then certainly wouldn't flaunt their own ignorance by posting a rant on a poplular hardware forum, would they? heh-heh.
