Page fault in non paged area

Alright, I know this has something to do with my overclock, but my overclock is only an increase of 300mhz on an i7, which is no sweat. What can I do to get rid of the "page fault in non paged area" bsof without going back to stock speeds? Increase the voltage a little maybe?
