Could someone give me a rough idea of what size power supply I should get?

Radeon 4850, Phenom 9850, & MSI K9A2 Platinum, 4GB DDR2 1066MHz RAM, 4 SATA 7200 HDD's.

I do want to overclock the CPU as soon as I can get a board with the 750 southbridge as well. Also, aside from wattage any recommended supplies?

Wow. If I needed a PSU...

Anyway, there is a PSU sizing calculator at http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp. I would suggest adding 25%-30% to what they recommend to 1) have a cushion for expansion, and 2) allow your PSU to operate in the most efficient part of its range.
