Power Supply Wattage & Amperage

I am wondering what size of power supply I should get. I have a Phenom 9850 (which I want to overclock when I can get a board with the 750 southbridge), an MSI K9A2 Platinum, 4 GB DDR2 RAM, and 4 7200 SATA2 HDD's.

If someone could tell me recommended wattage and rail amperages (roughly) and also maybe suggest a good power supply.

The gpu will determine the totol system wattage & amperage. I cannot recommend any w/o knowing the gpu.
