Hi, im looking for a new PSU for my computer:

Antec 900case (with the 4 fans included)
HD4870
C2Quad x9450
SB X-fi music card
2 harddisks and 1 sata dvd drive


Ive been looking at the be quiet! BQT E5-650W (not dark power pro) and
Corsair CMPSU-650TXEU (btw what is the difference between TX/VX/HX EU ?)
but is there something else better for my system?

I want it to be somewhat futureproof (Nehalem etc) but i dont intend to go
SLI/CF.

Im willing to pay for good quality, but i dont wanna throw money away at
something "excessive".

the HX series from Corsair is modular, which is a plus in certain cases.
I just saw a PS on newegg from thermaltake for $100, and was wondering if anyone could tell me if that is any good.

Id go for the Corsair 650, its more than enough for your system and its solid.

Im gonna go with the corsair 650TX, i kinda wanted modular but i dont wanna pay 50% more (which it is where i live)for a corsair 620 HX.

Now that i look closer i see that its 50% less than the be quiet 650w too, and they sell the 650TX for the same price as 550VX (non sleeved). So its definitely gonna be 650TX.
