I have been trying to get my Hauppauge PVR 150 to work properly with Vista's Windows Media Center for months, and it is driving me up the wall!!
 
I fixed a few problems, and now MC finally tunes my channels properly, but when I fire up the Live TV portion of MC, I get a green screen and no audio.  Well, when I say no audio, I mean every few seconds I hear a little blip of cound, then nothing for a while.
 
Any ideas? Any help would be so greatly appreciated.

Never mind.  I pulled 2 GBs of my 4 of RAM...and all of a sudden, the TV card works fine.

Hauupauge drivers suck. i've got one too and its hardly worth the effort.
