I would like to know if the Asus P5Q-EM G45 chipset Intel GMA X4500HD is powerful enough to play 720p/1080p movie file?? Also, it's good enough for editing like Photoshop & Premiere Pro??

For 2D graphic work, any onboard video will do. 2D isn't gpu-intensive, but more cpu/ram/hdd-intensive.
