Need suggestions/recommendations on CPU Fan and Heatsink.

I just bought a AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+ Brisbane Black Edition processor and a GA-MA770-UD3 socket AM2 motherboard. I have a Mid ATX Case a decent Antec PSU. I would like to know about some effective, quiet CPU coolers that just get the job done. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what CPU cooler is best to keep my cpu at resonable temps? I probably won't do any OC either.
