CAn you gain Jabba faction w/o losing Valarian?

I'm hoping they will eventually get more higher-end missions involving these
two organizations, with even the ability to 'join' one of them... It'd be
rad to work both sides of it. Anyhow, I'm wondering if there's any way to
gain Jabba Faction without Losing Valarian Faction.

Well I know that, but I was hoping for some sort of a 'the enemy of my enemy
is my friend' type of loophole. =) I.e. I kill one of Valarian's enemies
that Jabba also hates, getting me Jabba faction w/o losing Valarian's.

Try killing Alkharans. I do believe killing them give Jabba faction and
does not lower Valarian.
If you want to gain Valarian faction without losing Jabba, kill crimelords.
