hi guys
I recently bought a new computer.
Components are:
Gigabyte EP45-UD3R mobo
E7400 cpu
2x2gb Geil DDR2 800mhz ram
Sapphire 4890 OC 1GB DDR5
FSP 700W psu
Arctic Cooling Alpine 7 GT cpu cooler

I never overclocked before, and I have no idea how should I do it. I want to OC it to 3,4ghz. what should I change in the bios?
can anyone post exact settings, eg. voltage, fsb, multipler etc.

You have to start in the BIOS. Also read the C2d and C2Q overclocking guide at the top of this forum (sticky)

Also the sticky on voltage and thermal management. And look for a guide for your specific motherboard. Google is your friend.
