Problems during boot up

I recently bought a couple of new components for my computer (practically everything), i put the stuff together and it booted up without a hitch. For a couple of days it worked fine, got windows installed and everything seemed dandy. Then this morning when i tried booting the computer reached the "memory test" bit (with the energy saving logo and stuff like that), and just stopped, reset and started booting again. I thought, fair enough, this happened yesterday too, but it worked out fine. Now however it just keeps going in loops, start up, memory test, stop, reset, again and again. It doesnt even start performing the test, it just starts writing "memory test, but stops at: "Memory T".

A friend of mine suggested reseting the motherboard, but i havnt tried that yet, since i didnt have time this morning.

I have, however, had a few problems with heat, mainly from my newly installed gfx card, and i havnt gotten round to installing case fans yet, so im a bit worried that the memory modules might have overheated or something or might have been damaged some how (but yesterday i could use the computer without a problem and i didnt perform anything that might use alot of memory).

I coule really use a bit of advice on this problem (seeing as warhammer is right around the corner :)

Thanks

Your links don't work.

Unplug power cord, clear cmos for 10 mins - 1 hour, try each stick of ram in each slot starting from the furtherest, up ddr2 voltage by +0.1v on post, install the other ram stick.
