Antec 1200 / i7-920 / HD4870x2 stock-cooling and alternatives

Hello,

I have recently bought my new computer with the following specs:
Case: Antec Twelve Hundred
PSU: Antec TruePower Quattro
Mainboard: GigaByte GA-EX58-EXTREME
CPU: Intel Core i7-920
RAM: Corsair 6 GB DDR3-1600 Tri-Kit
GPU:Sapphire Radeon 4870x2
HDD: Western Digital WD10EADS (1TB)

In the (near) future I am looking forward to overclock this system, but I would have to be "cool".

My case the Antec 1200 has 6-fans and 2 optional slots for fans.
Question: Do I need to replace those fans or just put in the two optional one's and if so which one's would you prefer me? :unsure:

My CPU the Intel Core i7-920 has a stock-cooler and it seems it handles it well but I think not well enough yet, I don't have the exact "temperatures" for the CPU here at my girlfriend's home but they're around 50 idle and 70-90 when being abused.
Question: With so many 3rd-party CPU-coolers around which one should I pick? :unsure:

My GPU the Sapphire Radeon 4870x2 has a stock-cooler which runs on idle (40% fan speed) around 50-60° celsius and when abused 70-80° celsius and at 100% fan speed it's around 30-40° celsius idle and 50-65 when abused.
Question: Actually the same question as with the CPU, any 3rd-party coolers you would recommend to me because the noise coming from the stock-fan at 100% is just intolerable lol, if I keep it at 100% it wouldn't surprise me if I end up deaf within a few months XD.

I am not a enthousiast with overclocking, so I won't be going for hights some members are going for but I am willing to overclock my system for more performance and for longer joy because this computer cost me a few spines :rolleyes:

You definitely need a better CPU cooler. Your proc is about to fry at theose temperatures! Here's a post previously covering the topic: Any suggestions for a CPU cooler? Intel i7 920 on GIGA GA-EX58-EXTREME.

Well since I didn't really got the exact numbers on the temperatures it's actually a bit lower than I said before:

I got some idle pictures now:

GPU @ 27%

GPU @ 100%

I will add some pictures later tonight with idle/load graphs and since it's kind of hot outside it's obvious that temperatures are higher than normal.
