I have a game that I really like and wonder
what I need to change to make it run on high on my computer.

(I tried to access my thread but it says it doesnt exist anymore so I ask it again)

This is my pc:

AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+
some Asus motherboard with pcie
ATI HD 2900 XT 512MB
2GB ddr2 ram of all kinds of brands that I could find.

What do I need to change to make my pc perform good for as low as possible price?

Get 4GB of RAM instead of 2GB, AoC uses a lot of memory.
Upgrade your graphics to a 8800GT or 8800GTS 512mb they aren't very expensive anymore. I have an 8800GTS and it runs AoC from 30-70 fps(but I quit the game like 2 weeks after I got it because AoC sucks imo.)

http://fxvideocards.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-8800-GTS-G92-512MB-ZT-88SES2P-FSP-256-bit-GDDR3-PCI-Express-2.0-x16-HDCP-Ready-SLI-ZOTAC-Video-Card-p-16280.html that's an 8800GTS 512mb for $120 after mail in rebate, that's a steal at that price.

And just pick up 2GB of Corsair or Mushkin RAM and add it to the 2GB you already have, RAM isn't very expensive you can probably get 2GB off newegg for like $50.
