SATA connector - Same as AGP connector?

I'm going to maximize my computer's performance, without caring about bottleneck. So I'm buying a HD3650 or HD3850 AGP and i need a new power supply for it. I've been lookin' for this: http://www.pixmania.com/fi/fi/6875 [...] 450vx.html

I want to make few things sure;
- I have ATA133 Support in my motherboard, will that work in it?
- There isn't excatly listed "AGP Connector" but there is sata, and in my current system the power cord for my harddrive is same as the one on my AGP card. So, will this work for it?

If someone is wonderin why I'm spendin money on this crappy computer, the answer is i just like to do it
