E4500 + asus p5b conroe and ocz platinum ddr2 memory

hi everybody

i was trying aa3 out and i encountered problems, the game froze, then i read the minimum system requirements and i saw that my cpu is too low min is 2.4ghz
(1st time i encounter problems on my camel pc)

anyway i tryed to overclock my cpu (note: im a complete newb and a tard and i dont mind to burn my pc) and ive read all night and all and i got into the bios and then i found under the advanced tab the first tab after the overclock feature (or an option to raise fsb) anyway what i came across is that the raise cpu frequency option is blocked and i cant change it, do u guys have an idea?

also i wanna say i have A.D.D and its hard for me to read long articles and to see many data so pls write as less as possible pls

and aslo i have stock cooler on the cpu so i wanted to maybe OC the cpu just a lil bit maybe to 2.4 or 2.6 or 2.8 can i do that safely?

my pc specs are

asus p5b
e4500
ocz platinum 2 gb ddr2 800hz
gpu is radeon 2900
and PSU is BFG 1000WATT ( i know )

can u like guide me pls step by step ? i know this is one of the best sites around and ive asked questions before but this question is the longest

also if u need more info like screenshot from cpuz and other programs tell me pls
so please help or ill find a forum without a guide in their [sticky]

i thought maybe ull like analyze the data and spit outta your binary head some steps like

1. go to bios > advanced do there [enable ]
2. [disable] that
3. save & quit

nop?

aight bro ill try do that 2moro ..... also maybe some more peepz will comment some tard friendly posts im still lookin for the ez solution im a mentally challenged person forgive me. (im am not joking hihi -haha its 4real! rly hard for me to read!)
