I'm trying to find a good video card that works with x64 vista,

i have a while to buy one and price isn't an issue

HD would be nice as i want to rewatch football games on my computer, and i can't imagine watching in standard definition on a 19 inch monitor

I've found a few on newegg but im unsure on what to buy

any help would be greatly appriciated, thanks

Please, drop the extra $10 on any of the ATI Radeon HD 4850 cards. They offer outstanding performance for $160 (lowest price on Newegg.com) equivalent to the 9800 GTX+ (which costs $180 on Newegg.com). The performance of these two cards fall just short of the GeForce GTX 260 (less than 15 percent).

9800GTX is the same thing as a 8800GTS G92... stay away from the 9800 series... don't support their stupid scam.
