Non-Dell mobo in Dell case?

i dont think so. In my dell, forgot what model, i wanted to put a x38 mobos in. As soon as i opened it and took a look, it seemed dell made their mobos backwards, meaning they were on the other side of the casing. So take a look at what side a mobos is in a regular casing, Dell has it on the opposite side. U will see for yourself tat another mobos cant fit in. On another note, i will never buy dell again. I was about to add my graphics card in when i realized that the psu had no extra power wires for the 6 pin connector.

Dell uses a BTX style case. The only motherboards that will fit in a Dell case is a BTX. I think Intel use to sell a BTX motherboard.

oh so its BTX i dont know the differences from BTX and whatnot others. I thought their was only 1 standard for makin mobos. I learned something new today!
