Screen flashing problem (Nvidia 280GTX)

Hello. I installed the ASUS ENGTX280 card on my 64-bit Vista system. I noticed that sometime when I drag an application windows or items within a window, the entire screen flashes. Is that a problem with the driver or the video card? Is there a way to fix it?
