If you're interested in overclocking and don't want a bottleneck, I'd get some DDR2 800 with low timings. If those are your only options, I'd go with Corsair. I was going to go for Corsair but a friend pointed out the Team xtreem memory which is quite a bit cheaper. HAvign never heard of the brand i thought i would ask.
