Help me get back on line

my duracom computer has lost my internet connection,lost my help and support, lost my printer connection, and my restore point wont let me go back to a point before my trouble started plus my cd /dvd rom doesn't recognize any type of cd rw or dvd rw. Sounds like you need more help than what can be done online. You probably need to re-install Windows but that will also mean re-installing all of your software, backing up your files, etc...

Any one of your issues may be a fairly simple fix, all of them together add up to your system just being a mess at this point.
