Snip IT on XP

I'm running Windows XP Pro with all update installed. Is Snip IT available for Windows XP Pro. Is so, what is the link?

Nope, the program comes with Vista and Windows 7 as a standard program to execute. I've heard it can be used with Windows XP, but haven't found the correct link yet to download.
