I having troble gettin a 1:1 ration with my q6600. my fsb is clocked to 1333mhz and ram is unlinked at 800mhz right now. I have a feeling im bottlenecking my cpu. Myquestion is what would I set my ram to get 1:1? I have corsair xms2 6400 ddr2 800mhz 5-5-5-18?
As kg4icg suggest, 400x8 (for 3.2Ghz) and using 'linked' to run RAM @400Mhz (DDR2-800) will get you 1:1.

For your RAM you should be using 5-5-5-18 2T and at least 2.05V.
Which nForce motherboard are you using? (since you're using 'link/unlinked')
The C55XE (680i, 750i, 780i) is well known for being an absolute PITA when it comes to FSB and Core2Quads, they have various 'FSB holes' which just won't work.
You may have to try 410-420FSB instead and up voltages like SPP(northbridge) to get it stable.

The only problem is that your assumption is wrong. FSB-1333 runs at 333MHz. DDR2-667 runs at 333MHz. Therefore, DDR2-667 is synchronous to FSB-1333 and your running your memory "too fast" to synch.
But what about bandwidth? Your FSB is quad and your RAM is double data rate! That's why there's dual-channel mode, your FSB is 64-bits and a dual-channel set of RAM is 128-bits.
