*** ed. Another thing it does sometimes is all USB ports will just stop responding. Computer then locks up 2-3 mins later. This and the whole 3-4sec button hold to turn it on. If anyone has any ideas on how to maybe get this POS stable, please help!

Oh and if my AW9D-MAX could take a Q9450, I'd do that in a second. Most stable mobo I've ever used.

what the hell? for some reason the entire top half of my post is missing with all the stuff i've done with all voltages and specs ETC... wtf.

Did you try stock or default or auto settings for the CPU and RAM?
