Change hard drive size acer

i have an acer laptop and i would like to know if there is anyway to increase the harddrive by taking space of hardrive D and putting it back on the main harddrive c as on harddrive d theres about 50gig not being used

You can use a partitioning program to adjust sizes, add, or delete partitions. Here is a good one.

You can also use the built in partitioner in Windows. Simply type in "fdisk" in "run" or search for it. But most of the time it makes you delete all the content inside the partition before changing it. So I would go for a third-party program like Partition Magic. I dual-boot Windows 7 and Linux Mint 7 and I love the Linux built-in partitioner. So if you want to go that route, which is a little much, go right ahead.
