My problem is stated in the topic, everytime I restart/turn on my cpu it always appears for my sound card. My sound card is a Creative SB Audigy SE 7.1 Chan 24 bit. MY sound works avd everything for my games, and music and I even hear the start up windows sound and shut down sounds. But for some reason windows keeps saying it found new hardware.

However, when I got to systems and device > hardware manage > device manager and under other devices there is a yellow question mark for Audio device on high definition Audio Bus and for SM Bus controller right underneath it.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and updating everythign but nothign seems to work. Can someone pelase help

Fixed it! it was a mobo driver problem. I just stuck in my mobo driver CD and installed the sm controller, and disabled the mobo sound in BIOS.
