Where to download the Ethernet Controller and video controller driver.

I could not believe how hard it was to get the ethernet driver for the IBM T42. What I eventually ended up doing was loading the wireless driver onto a memory stick using another computer and then launching from the memory stick onto the T42. Once the wireless was connected to the internet on the T42 I could go to the "device manager" on the T42 and load all the drivers for any device including the ethernet port by right clicking on the device and updating the driver. Painful.................
