PC Power & Cooling is the top end of PSU's and NewEgg had the 610 (49Amp @ 12Volt constant rated) on sale with free shipping for $80 USD.

All PC Power & Cooling units are single rail 100% usable 12 Volt lines and -constant- power draw rated. When under full constant load and viewed on an oscilloscope they have cleaner power than any other brand.

Next best would be Silverstone which is what Falcon Northwest uses in their $6-15K computer builds.

Yes you can use the 6+2s they can be 6 or 8 pin

Now that is the biggest load of bullcrap ever....
PC P&C do make good psu's and for a good price but dont go as far to say that they have the cleanest power. Thats a lie. And who cares if its a single rail. Multiple rails are perfectly good too.

Secondly Silverstone is overhyped and not that good. In many reviews they have bad regulation and ripple on their rails
