does anyone no of a mini itx board that can play hd movies 720/1080p?

can this? im looking for a budget mini computer for the living room as a media center pc.

There are no mini TX boards capable of playing back HD movies without having to install a HDCP capable video card.

Also mini TX boards comes with either an AMD Genode or one of the various VIA CPUs which are not very powerful. But with a mainstream video card (not value) a mini TX computer should be capable of HD movie play back without too many dropped frames.
