For the processor, you can save yourself a lot of money by getting something like a Q6600 or a Q9450 and just overclock it.

For the memory, I would get Corsair or Mushkin like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820145197 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820146785

For Hard Drive get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6822148298 seagate is usually a good brand

For the power supply, you may want more wattage for those ATi cards, especially if you are going to crossfire them. I'm not too sure about this but I heard they're power hungry.

Also, do you need an operating system? I don't see that you listed one.

I would change the mobo to a rampage formula if you are getting the Q9450. You can go with the Wd6400AAKS

I'll second the corsair 750w recommendation. It has plenty of power for your setup. And the price is excellent.

The Rampage is an X48 board and the Maximus is a X38. They are exactly the same but the X48 is a "binned" X38 chip which supposedly is capable of higher speeds and more stability. I have the Rampage and I love it so I would also suggest you switch.

Corsair 750 is plenty of power for that system. I have a Thermaltake Toughpower 750 with 60a on the 12v rail and I remember a while back sites running SLI'ed 8800GTX's with my PSU so I'm sure the Corsair can handle a couple 4870's.
