every time I put a flash disk a message pops up in sum kind of a box.i cancel it then it pops up again.i drag in aside though. but i can still access the flash-disk. the problem is the some kind of a box.

Check the root directory of the flash disk for an autorun.inf and exe file.

you're probably running Vista,which adds loads of junk on your flash drive (probably much like Windows 7 will).
Unless something really is wrong, WinXP and Linux and Mac won't give you these errors.
Best is to just run a scandisk or checkdisk on the drive.
