How to install xp in acer laptop without xp cd

i have accer laptop with pre-installed vista ,now i wana install window xp and i dont have xp cd .can i do that from internet .

So you want to install XP and don't have a disk... That's not so hard..

You can still get a legitimate CD HERE.
