Does anybody know where I can find a head to head review comparison for mobile graphics? The choice I'm looking at is between ATI HD3450 and GeForce 8400 GS both with 256 dedicated.

Sorry, I should have been more clear in what I was looking for. I am trying to decide between a HP DV6700t laptop with NVIDA 256MB GeForce 8400m GS (mobile solution) and a Dell Studio 15 with ATI mobility Radon HD 3450. I asume they are not a direct comparison to desktop cards.

I'm assuming the ati 3450 is going to be the better performing of the two...

I'm not sure what your budget is... but laptops for less than $1000 can be had with Nvidia 8600GTs and ATI 3650s... both far superior to what you're looking at.

I have an 8400gs and its ok. I can play the orange box pretty well. If you buy a dell vostro 1500 you can upgrade to an 8600gt for like $100.
