i dont know if this computer has direct 3D is download on this computer

Click these buttons, tabs, or menu items, in this order:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information>Tools>DirectX Diagnostic Tool>Display>

and look at the "DirectX Features" area. If you have Direct 3D acceleration enabled, here it will show that.
Feel free to click the "Test Direct3D" button, it will show that it does indeed work, or doesn't.
