here are my computer specs:

Cooler master haf 932
Gigabyte ud4p x58
OCZ platinum 7-7-7-24 @ 1.64
i7 920 C0 2.66
Xigmatek s1283v
ARCTIC COOLING MX-2 Thermal Compound

I ran the program "Everest" and this is what is showed

I dont know what the average temps should be. are those ok?

try prime95 using realtemp to measure the temps because your average temps should be a lot higher if it was at close to 100% load.
