The hardware will include:

Q9550
GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P
EVGA 896-P3-1257-AR GeForce GTX260 Core 216 Superclocked 896MB DDR3 PCI-Express 2.0
4G of RAM: CORSAIR TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF 4GB PC2-8500 (DDR2-1066)

two SATA HD 320+500
one SATA DVD player

For the video card, EVGA says it needs 500W power. And I dont know how much OC I will do on this box. What kind of PS should I consider?

Thanks in advance!

If you have no clear limit on your planned overclocking, go for a 1000W PSU. That should provide enough power even if you managed to actually double your system's performance. The electric bill will be a killer, but only when you start actively overclocking.
