All,

For those of us who bought EVGA GTX280's between June 16th and July 7th (myself included) at thee original $600+ cost, EVGA is offering a reimbursment program:

http://www.evga.com/articles/EVGABucksPromo.asp

You can get $125 cash back or $150 to spend on the EVGA website if you planned on buying more stuff.

That means that our GTX280's will end up costing us ~$540 or so, give or take a little.

Still not as cheap as the ones being sold now, but it makes up for a good deal of the difference.

Doesn't apply to people who used the Step Up program - lame. If I had waited a week my Step Up would have been free. I feel sheepish.
