Help with A64 4000+

I was able to get my A64 4000+ San Diego to a core speed of 2856mhz (238 bus), but that is the fastest that I can make the processor without having an unstable computer.

I know that I can achieve 2.9ghz with the cooling that I have, and I would like to know what should I do to get a more stable system at that clock speed. Here's my specs:

Core: 2856mhz
CPU Multiplier: 12x (default)
Bus Speed: 238mhz

HT Link: 952mhz

Timing: 2.5 - 3 - 3 - 6 - 2t
DRAM Freq: 119mhz

I have G.Skill ram (2 x 1gb), ddr 400 (pc3200), default timing (2.5 - 3 - 3 - 6). My ram speed is set at 100mhz and if I turn it up my system becomes more unstable, the multiplier is at 4x also.

well, you could try raising the cpu voltage, I'm able to hit 3.18GHz (12x265), but i don't anymore since i run it as my server (file,games)

Well, when I try to raise the cpu voltage in the BIOS to 1.5v it will stay at about 1.41v, is that because my psu doesn't have enough power? Also, now when I set my cpu voltage to 1.35v it will still stay at about 1.41v.

That's not because your power supply doesn't have enough power, it sounds like your hitting your mb's max volts. Also, your system, if wanting to be stable, make sure your memory also has enough juice and loosen the timings. (IE the 2.5-3-3-6-2t to something like 3-4-4-11-2t, as an example.) Might be too tight of memory timings.
Or not enough Mem. volts. Try both.

I have my memory voltage at 2.75v which is that max for my memory, and in my BIOS is says that I can set my voltage to 1.5v and higher.
