Any news and views on the new mysterious AMD PHENOM TWKR.

its a new cherry picked special edition phenom:

from what i can see its a randomized thing that occurs on the production line where components of the CPU are slightly different and through chance alone are able to OC to a higher level. it also enables the CPU to withstand higher voltages.
