Seems pretty decent although ive never heard of green galaxy and green 580.. link pls? Its best to go with a really good psu for lonjevity maybe consider a VX550 Corsair instead? Its one of the best in that range
P45 isnt THAT much of an improvement, mainly energy saving. Ive ordered one myself but I wouldnt wait for it. If however you ever want to go crossfire Id suggest a X48 definatly since its way faster then a P45 with crossfire due to the 2x16 channels
Why do you need a vga cooler?

Which country are you in?
Give us a URL for the place where you're shopping.
Never heard of "green 580" PSU, scary...
Never heard if "green galaxy" either. Links please.

P5E is an X48, good for Crossfire. You can't do Crossfire with that PSU anyway. Yeah, P45 would make more sense, or P43, save some cash.

E8400/HD 4850 will definitely be good for gaming, no worries. :)

Alright, although Seventeam is not bad, its not superb either, id still recommend the VX550 from corsair mainly because I couldnt find any review of this Seventeam PSU

one of ocz supplier is seventeam and there isn't any brand by the name of seventeam. i pick it because it's cheaper than others.

Yeah but picking a cheap psu could cost you more in the end.. People underestimate how important a PSU really is.. A bad 550 is the same as a good 350. I would spend a bit more on the PSU and get a good one

I wouldn't go with a cheap psu, some people learn the hard way when they choose a cheap psu. The cheap psu when it dies, it usually takes down some hardware with it. Good choice on the cpu and mobo. You can flash the mobo to a rampage I believe.

Seventeam is a tier 1 brand, according to this list:
http://www.tomswiki.com/page/Tiered+PSU+Listings

There's an X38 P5E and an X48 P5E Deluxe. My bad, I thought you meant the Deluxe. Doesn't really matter. Both are very good for Crossfire. If you've got a 24" monitor or bigger think about adding a second video card later and get a larger PSU that can take two cards.

The case looks pretty good. I did some maths and it turns out it's about the same size as an Antec 900.

You still need to make sure the HD 4850 fits inside the case, especially with that aftermarket cooler on it. It's very likely, but give them a phone call anyway. BTW, the case is made by Lian-Li, one of the best brands.

I had to cancel thermaltake vga cooler becasue it's become very expensive .
first price was45$ and than become 70 $. that case support quad crossfire i don't think have problem with stock cooler at all.
