I have a 250GB (NTFS) and 320GB (FAT32) HD Drive, they work perfectly and the transfer rate are okay between them

Problems start to show when i add a 1TB of a new HD Drive (NTFS)
The transfer rate between the 320 and the other two HDD are too slow, it take 5 minutes to transfer 1 GB of data.

While the other two HDD are perfectly fine, they can transfer 1GB of data in less then 1 minute from one to another ( i think less then 30 secs). The transfer rate from this 2 HDD to the 320GB are also slow.

What could be the source of my problem? I already checked my cable, all are good, and i don't think that the fat32-NTFS is the problem.

Any idea?

forgive me for my bad english
