extracting file failed. It is most likely caused by low memory (low disk
space for swapping file) or corrupted cabinet file.

Now I know that the PC has 1GB RAM, 86% free resources, 250 GB HD, 102 GB Free so i know its not a memory/disk space issue. I checked on 2 other computers so its a same problem with the install files. Any help would be most appreciated, thanks.

It's not ram, it's not hd space so it must be a bad cab file. Is the file on a cd or dvd?
