I had an E8500 at 4.9Ghz and it was basic watercooling. I built a system for my ex that has an E8500@4.5Ghz with just a coolit domino and its used everyday at that speed

The E8600 is your best bet, but there's still no guarantee that it will hit that speed at any reasonable voltage.

do the old loop the water cooler into a tank/bucket of ice trick to get those nice ~10ºc temps
