Honestly, that memory is a ripoff. You can get 4gb of DDR2 800 with the same timings for the exact same price.

Get those if you really want to stick with corsair.
But theres still a lot of RAM which is cheaper and is still DDR2 800 CAS 4.

EDIT: If you wanted that memory because its "SLI ready" its still not worth it in the least bit.

Hmmm....go for 2x2GB RAM.
What kind of GPU are planning to use? ATI HD4850 or HD4870 is good. Get 2 if you like. Your PSU is enough for 2.

32bit OS can only use up to 3.2 or 3.3 GB RAM.
If you wanna use 4GB efficiently, get a 64bit OS or make a plan to buy a 64bit OS.

can you recommend some other 4gb kits please?

Hmmm....recommendation?
Just buy the best deal you can find. Any from Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, Patriot, and Mushkin will do just fine.
I use 2x2GB from Mushkin. The reason, why I have bought it, was simple. If you find a 2x2GB kit that costs only $15 more than a 2x1GB kit (the same brand), which one will you buy?
It was on a special sale.
