LAWL, I hope, you are joking, because AFAIK, geforce 7 series cards did not come into play before 2005, 2006?
And yeah see if it gets cool after cleaning.... That might be a problem..... If not, jump the ship and travel to the near future 2009 and give yourself a treat named Geforce 200 series or ATI 4xxx series.....
I've just found out my GPU is running at 70 C idle + 100 C load, which is pretty frightening haha !
The gpu has a fan but no program can detect or control the fan which is gay, my CPU temp is like 40 idle 55 load with a small overclock.
I've had this GPU for at least 6 years. I'll give it its first wash of its life tomorrow.
Does anyone know how dangerous these temps are, and any programs that *could* possibly control the GPU fan ?
P.S I already have speedfan, ATI tool + riva + also core temp lol
you know what? my graphics card's temperature is the same yours. and i cant find a fan setting. i dunno how old my gpu is. its a geforce 7500 le. crap. im getting a sapphire hd4650 512mb ddr3. yay!

ive had a last minute change, the shop doesnt have a sapphire, but they gave me a palit hd4650 512mb ddr2. god it gets good fps, and its at a low temp, try that one out kronik2k! its great, hd out and crossfire ready and it has a huge fan with a heatsink around it! and has an auto or manual fan AND it automatically adjusts the core and memory speeds but keeps it at a low temp. its great value for money!
