Overclocking Q8400

Hello so far i have been using the Asus AI overclocking but i dont really trust it so i want to do it manually. if you guys could tell me how to set all the voltages and fsb, the lot. im at 3.2 but i would like to got to 3.5.

by the way im using the Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 and the Asus P5KPL/1600.
